Cabernet Sauvignon 1999

Black Cherries, Nutty, smooth full finish.

Winemaker’s comments
A classic Cabernet Sauvignon, which exhibits nutty black fruit flavours, dusty spice and subtle oak tannins. The finish is fruity and complex enabling the wine to mature well for many years to come.

Vinification Details
Yeast fermented in open tanks at normal temperature with plunging and pumping over. A week’s skin contact was given after fermentation.
