A complex, full-bodied wine, which will mature well, ideal with lamb and robust meat dishes.

Vinification Details
The two cultivars fermented separately in the traditional Saxenburg way and blended together after wood maturation.

Cabernet Sauvignon - 20% new French Oak, Shiraz – 10% new American Oak, in 300 Litre barrels.

12 months, no racking or fining.
