Silky, black fruit. Well balanced.

Winemaker’s comments
A versatile, full-bodied wine, showing mouth-filling ripe berry fruity and cedar spice - ideal as a wine by the glass. Will mature well for a further 5-8 years.

Vinification Details
Hand picked, yeast fermented in open tanks at 32° C with plunging and pumping over four times daily. Press juice and free flow together.
