Winemaker’s Comments
This wine is full, smooth and fruity, the flavour flowery and complex with a full tropical finish. A real dream to be enjoyed on special occasions and with cheese or dessert.

Vinification Details
Botrytis affected grapes were carefully selected and crushed. Skin contact was allowed for 8 hours to give a very full-bodied character to the wines. Grapes of Gewürtsraminer and Rhine Riesling were blended together before a cool and long fermentation to keep all the typical flavours.
