This dry sparkling wine is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Bottled
in March 1992 with 3 years lees contact. This Classical blend of these two
varieties gives a yeasty, full, rich, and crisp finish. A very exciting and
classy wine to be enjoyed with fish, oysters and for all celebrations. |
