Winemaker’s comments
A rich wine with figgy, flowery flavours and tropical fruit. The wine has exceptional balance and has a fresh full-bodied character. With its long fruity finish and elegant structure it is ideal to mature for a number of years.

Vinification Details
Only healthy grapes in cool conditions are harvested, skin contact for 18 hours, pressed, juice settled, clear juice fermented, with three different yeasts and long lees contact for complexity. There was no malolactic fermentation.
