Winemaker’s comments
A full-bodied wine with prominent plum fruit and fine tannin balance. Best enjoyed with food.

Vinification Details
Machine harvested at optimum ripeness, yeast fermented in open tanks with plunging and pumping over three times per day. Malolactic fermentation in the tank.
